Why coaching?

Is coaching the same as counseling?

No. While counseling is often aimed at exploring and resolving what may have happened in your past, coaching is often focused toward your present reality and your future goals. The past may come up during your coaching sessions and does play a valid role in how you move forward. If you feel you should seek professional counseling, coaching services can be a wonderful complement to your counseling journey.
